Fleet Vehicle Repair
A truck in the shop is a truck that is not earning.
Spot removal, dent repair and collision work for commercial vehicles, scheduled with free pick-up and delivery so nobody on the payroll loses a day driving.
Chapter 01
A truck in the shop is a truck that is not earning
The failure mode for a fleet is not really the damage, it is the downtime and the drift. Small parking-lot damage gets deferred because the truck still runs fine, and a year later the whole fleet looks tired at once, which is the version customers actually notice, not any one scuffed panel on any one day.
Lettering and livery make it worse. A scuffed panel on a plain truck is just a scuffed panel. The same scuff on a truck with your company's name and phone number painted across the door reads as a scuffed company, sitting at every job site and every stoplight until somebody fixes it.

Free pick-up and delivery matters more to a fleet than to almost anyone else who comes through the door, because it means nobody on the payroll spends half a day driving a truck across Amarillo and sitting in a waiting room while it gets looked at. We come to where the truck is instead.
Spot removal and dent repair cover most of the cosmetic work a commercial vehicle picks up over a normal year. When a vehicle has taken a real hit, the full collision process applies, the same frame, panel and paint order used on any other car in the shop. Insurance payment coverage is accepted here too, the same as on any other job. We are at 201 S Ong Street, Monday through Friday, 8 to 5, main line (806) 373-5349 and a second line at (806) 681-8640.
Chapter 03
Keeping a fleet looking like one fleet
The reason to fix small damage early on a commercial vehicle is color, not metal. Hold the same paint match across the fleet while it is still fresh, and the vehicles keep reading as one set parked outside a job site or lined up in a lot.
Let three of them get repainted years apart, by three different shops, and they stop matching each other for good, no matter how good any one of those individual paint jobs looks on its own. The paint work carries the same lifetime warranty as any other job that leaves this shop, fleet vehicle or personal car.

A fleet vehicle that has taken a real hit goes through the same collision repair process as any other car, and the color match that keeps a fleet looking like one fleet is covered on our auto painting page.
