People say thank you by name, and they say the car looked factory.
Read enough of these and a pattern shows up. Customers do not just say the repair was good, they name the person who did it. And they do not just say the car looks fixed, they say it looks factory, the way it did before whatever happened to it happened. Both of those are harder to earn than a general compliment, and neither one is something we asked for.

“I had my VW Tiguan SUV repaired here last week. Coury was so helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my insurance, and he kept me well informed on repairs and the date my car would be ready. He also answered any and all questions I had too. Kurt was very kind and helpful when I dropped off my vehicle, and while I waited for Enterprise to pick me up. I had the BEST service that was amazing & efficient! I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. Absolutely the best service I have ever received!”
Coury handled her insurance paperwork and kept her posted on the repair date the whole way through. Kurt was the one who met her at drop-off and again when Enterprise came to pick her up. They are both still on the floor at 201 S Ong Street, which is most of what a body shop has to sell: the same people answering the phone this year who answered it last year.
