The three lines that fill the bay
Read this the way you would read your own estimate.
Everything that comes through the door at 201 S Ong Street sorts into one of three lines: collision repair, auto painting or fleet vehicle repair. Each one gets its own free estimate, and if the car cannot be driven in we will come and get it. Most of what we see arrives on an insurance claim, and we deal with the adjuster directly so the numbers do not have to pass through you twice. Every technician on the floor is ASE-certified, and the shop has been an accredited BBB business since 2003.

Line one
Collision repair
A hit rarely stays where you can see it. Frame straightening comes first, then whatever dent removal or spot repair the panels need, then paint, always in that order, because paint over a panel that is not sitting right just paints over the problem. Most of what fills this line is insurance work, and we handle the claim with your adjuster directly instead of routing estimates back and forth through you.
How collision repair works
Line two
Auto painting
Every paint job that leaves the shop, whether it followed a collision or you just wanted the car to look right again, carries a lifetime warranty. We mix to the panel in front of us, not to the code stamped on the door jamb, because years of Panhandle sun fade factory paint at its own rate. Metal, fiberglass, plastic and motorcycle bodywork all go through the same booth under the same warranty.

Line three
Fleet vehicle repair
A work truck sitting in a shop is a truck that is not earning, so fleet jobs get scheduled around that fact rather than around ours. Spot removal and dent repair on commercial vehicles move through the same bay as everything else, on a timeline built for a business that cannot afford to lose a truck for a week.

The smaller jobs, written the way they would read on your own estimate. If what your car needs is not listed here, call (806) 373-5349 and ask. Seventy-seven years in one town means we have usually seen it, and insurance claim work applies to any line on this page, not only collision repair.
