Yes. We accept insurance payment coverage and handle the paperwork side of a claim with your adjuster, so you are not the one relaying estimates back and forth. Bring us the claim number and we will take it from there.

Yes, and there is no appointment charge to look at the car. Bring it to 201 S Ong Street during shop hours, or call (806) 373-5349 and we will arrange to come and get it. We will tell you what the repair involves before any work starts.

No. Pick-up and delivery are free. If the car is not safe to drive, or you cannot get away from work, we will collect it and bring it back to you when the repair is finished.

Yes. Color matching is most of the job on a car that has spent years in Panhandle sun, because the paint on the car is no longer the paint that left the factory. We mix to the panel in front of us, not to the code alone, and we blend into the neighboring panels so the repair does not sit as a bright patch.

The paint work we do carries a lifetime warranty. If our finish fails, we put it right. It covers our workmanship, not new damage from a later accident or from something that hits the car afterwards.

Yes. Fleet vehicle repair is one of our three main service lines, alongside collision repair and auto painting. We handle commercial vehicles, spot removal and dent repair, and we know a truck that is in the shop is a truck that is not earning.

Since 1949. That is more than seventy years at the same trade in the same town, and it is the reason a lot of the cars that come through here belong to the children of customers we had in the eighties.
